Dear Senator Pham:
As a constituent, Thank you for supporting H.B.2051 last year and strenghtening our gun laws this year. However, I am writing to encourage your vote against H.B. 4088.
People who rape a child or traffic a child for sex deserve a life sentence, I think we can all agree. However, mutilating a child’s genitals or sterilizing them for a temporary disability deserve the death penalty. . Protecting these people is like protecting Jeff Epstein and his wealthy friends.
I suspect, any woman will tell you it’s far worse to be mutilated then raped and now Oregon wants to protect the people who do this to the children from other states. Not to mention Section 6, which penalizes people with disabilities for their disability.
Despite Trump, the Democrats may lose another presidential election because obviously they behave as though they don’t care about the children, only the revenue for OHSU. Talk about compromised elites.
Please vote no on H.B. 4088.
