Preface:
Would if we lived in a society where most people had absolutely no privacy, like insects and animals? Even using the bathroom or having sex was no longer considered to be private, for those who weren’t among the elite?

If you have no expectation of privacy, then you have no right to privacy. This has overwhelmingly been the court’s findings when it comes to questions about average people being filmed in public places. I can tell you people who are totally blind like me have a higher expectation of privacy, where I suppose exhibitionists do not, and probably don’t care.

Obviously, prisons, jails and detention centers are not public facilities, but they are not private spaces either. For security, prying eyes and “security” cameras are everywhere…

As I wrote about in Chapter 6 in my autobiography, “3 Americas: More Truth Than We Can Handle”, I spent forty-two of the most miserable days of my life in the Isolation Bubble of the Washington County Jail, listening to people screaming and pounding twenty-four hours per day. I did nothing wrong to warrant being subjected to this torture, being locked up in the Isolation Dungeon, except to be a blind marijuana advocate, married to a attractive, sadistic manipulator.

In case you don’t know, the Washington County Jail is considered to be one of the worst jails in Oregon, and as I wrote about, it’s not uncommon for inmates to die in the Jail’s Isolation Dungeon.

For example, every time I sat down on the toilet one of the dope-u-ties would knock on the glass window, to let me know they were watching. At first, it really pissed me off, which made them do it more often. So I came up with this short story based on the twisted Sheriff from Washington County and his sick fuck guards.

Imagine a ruthless Hollyweird producer making a dirty deal with one or more of the prisons or jails, or better yet one of the detention centers, where the temporary inmates would most likely have no idea they’re being filmed.

Let’s say the producer buys the rights to the video of inmates using the bathroom. The jailers agree to the deal since it’s a lot of money for the county or state. In return, the producer agrees to never show the inmates chest or private areas, only the face and feet.

In exchange for their silence, the sheriffs and wardens from the selected facilities get a cut of the huge profits coming in from the producer, and the show is a big hit. In fact, too big for Billionaire TV!

The inmates were never told they were being filmed for this secret network, until the producers put it on one of the pay for view networks, then everyone knew.

The ACLU promptly files suit on behalf of a female inmate from Oregon. Their first argument was that women have a higher expectation of privacy than men, and they also argued there is no public interest in watching inmates or anyone else use the bathroom. Finally, in their brief they argued every inmate is entitled to their dignity regardless of what they may have done.

Then let’s say the Hollyweird perverted lawyers working for this producer and the pay for view network make the following argument in favor of their right to publish their poop porn before the Trump Supreme Court (And KBOO’s Lisa Loving loudly applauds):

I. All of the cells have toilets which are readily viewable from outside of the cell because of the cell door’s window, and therefore, the inmates have no expectation of privacy while using the bathroom, as compared to the state’s right to protect the guards and other inmates. This can only be effectively achieved by constantly monitoring the inmates at all times, whether that means in person or using video. And the dignity of inmates has never been a consideration for the State, provided the inmates are kept safe and secure;

II. Jails and prisons have always had the right to develop new streams of revenue to offset the cost of operating the facility, provided a rationality test was applied, and the practice was not harmful to either the inmates or guards, not withstanding their dignity;

III. Provided the video of inmates does not include the filming of the inmates chest or genitals, which may be temporarily exposed during showers or bathroom breaks, the practice of filming inmates head and feet while using the bathroom is not invasive to the inmate’s privacy. Nor does it cause any physical harm. And the practice is only slightly psychologically harmful in that it may cause some temporary embarrassment to the inmate’s dignity. Further Showing the video to the public does not violate the prisoners right to privacy, since inmates should have no expectation of privacy, including using the bathroom, when they are arrested and convicted. Prisons and jails are not recreation centers or vacation homes, but rather part of the punishment process. Therefore, the practice of raising revenue by filming inmates and selling the video of inmates while in the facility does not meet the high burden of being “Cruel and Unusual Punishment”;

IV. In conclusion,
A. The public facilities and any products or materials produced by the public facility are ultimately the property of the public, who has a right to be reimbursed for its costs;
B. The facility has the right to continuously monitor the inmates and its operations, and share some or all of this video with the public. Many county jails already share mug shots of people who have been arrested, and there is no precedence establishing whether this practice is constitutional;
C. The inmate is not required to perform any labor or service, and therefore is not entitled to compensation, unless the government which oversees the facility decides to do so;
D. The public, through its agent, may share or sell any video of the facility, provided it doesn’t compromise the safety of the facility, guards or inmates;

IV. Releasing video of inmates who are incarcerated by the state is not discriminatory on the basis of gender or sex since the state does not select content based
on gender or sex, and actually provides far more video content of inmates using the bathroom who identify as “men” than inmates who identify as “women”. As part of the studio’s creative licensing and the contract made with each facility, the producer retains sole discretion as to what if any video is used in its programming, and the facility has no authority over the producer or network.

Let’s imagine, a majority of the Supreme Court agrees with the producer, with one exception. the producer may not show the videos of American citizens who have not been convicted of a crime, whether the charges were dropped or they are awaiting trial. And the Court rules, this also applies to mug shots.

Once the inmate has been convicted or coerced into signing a plea bargain, the video can be released. Otherwise, all copies of the video must be destroyed by the producer or network.

Suddenly, American men have a new favorite sport, watching women take a dump! Across America, men gather every Friday and Saturday evening to drink beer and laugh, while they watch the latest video of female inmates making faces while pooping. A few men are shown, for legal reasons, but it’s overwhelmingly women.
And every week the viewers are able to vote for the best pooper, and surprise, surprise, , a woman always wins!

For legal reasons, the portion of the body between the knees and chest are always blacked out. But it’s obvious to the viewer what the inmate is doing since the inmate’s feet and stained underwear can be seen. The viewer can also see the toilet behind the feet. There’s no audio from the cell, although the producers are extremely creative with close ups, sound effects, laugh tracks and music, based on the facial expressions of the inmates.

While most American women find this new form of entertainment disgusting, the men say they have never laughed so hard watching the faces women make while defecating!

THE PRISON POOP PORN CHANNEL
“Jerry, can you hear me? Hello Jerry? We seem to have lost our connection with Jerry, who’s one of our reporters on the ground there at the Mall, so let’s go to Melody–”

A loud crackle and then a voice interrupts the announcer. “Bill can you hear me?” Bill looks puzzled.

“We’ve got you now Jerry. What’s going on there? We’re watching the video feed and it looks like all hell has broke out at the Mall.”

“That’s what it looks like from here. I can see there’s at least a dozen vehicles on fire right in front of us, including an ambulance and two police cars. Can you see that Bill?”

“Yeah, we see it. It’s looks like complete pandemonium.”

Bill continues, “Where are you at now Jerry, as compared to the podium? We can see there’s a lot of smoke and people seem to be running in every direction.”

“that’s right Bill, it’s hard to breathe. Right now I’m about two blocks from the podium, just west of the Lincoln Memorial. Me and my camera guy, Mario, have taken refuge in a parking garage. There’s about a half dozen reporters here with me watching from the second floor. And although there’s a lot of smoke, I have a pretty good view from this elevation.”

Jerry continues, “I can still hear what sounds like thousands of women screaming, and there’s broken glass everywhere. We’re also hearing what sounds like small explosions in the distance, but I can’t tell if its gun fire ore fireworks, or whether it’s actual explosive devices. Nothing would surprise me after this,” he said, looking dejected.

“About fifteen or twenty minutes ago both the Capitol Police and the national guard backed out of the area, and apparently decided to just let things burn. Maybe you have more information Bill, but the reports were getting from here is that there’s been thirteen deaths so far in the melee, and hundreds of people have been transported to local hospitals.”

“Jerry, did you see the crowd reaction when she first set the fire”

“Yeah, I saw it all,” He said, pausing for a moment. “First there was this eery silence for about five or ten seconds. I think everyone was in complete disbelief. Then we began to hear crying and screaming, that slowly grew into a tremendous roar. After that, the crowd surged forward and then we began to hear the explosions. That’s when some of us fled into the parking garage where I’m at now.”

Jerry continued, “It was pretty hard to tell for sure what was happening. According to my best information, most of the protesters who were killed or injured were actually trampled by the crowd. And that happened about a half hour ago.”

“Thanks Jerry, we’ll get back to you in a few minutes. Our star reporter, Melody Smiley , is standing bye at the White House where the president is going to speak, but first let’s quickly recap for our viewers what happened a little over an hour ago that set this whole thing off.”

“After the Supreme Court announced their narrow five to four decision in Flack v. PPPC last week, the ACLU and other organizations announced a ‘Ten Million Women’s March’ to end here at the Washington Mall at 9:00 this morning. So very early this morning hundreds of Groups began to gather across the city and marched to the Mall where they would all meet up. Actually, I understand that the planning began several months ago in the case that the decision didn’t go the way we, I mean they hoped, and the PPPC Channel wasn’t completely shut down.”

Bill straightened his tie and continued, “As a result of the Court’s decision, women across America have been in an absolute fit of rage. We didn’t see this kind of public violence after the Court overturned Roe, so nobody was expecting it. In fact, three shootings involving domestic violence have been attributed to the Court’s decision in Flack last week.”

“Were told the Capitol Police and the FBI expected an angry noisy crowd today, but no one expected this kind of violence. As we know all to well here in the media, this level of actual violence always comes from the angry white supremacists on the far right, such as the brutal killing of Heather Hire in Charlottesville.”

“based on the interviews we have been doing and the sort of postings on social media we’ve been reading, everyone expected a pretty big crowd. But the protesters that showed up here today was a lot larger than anyone predicted. It’s been estimated that somewhere around seven or possibly eight million people showed up. Mostly women.”

” There were speakers scheduled all day today, including Senator Clinton and Senator Warren, and former-President Harris. But that has been obviously cancelled.”

“But what put the crowd into a rage was the public suicide of Carolyn Flack early this morning. Many of you already know that Ms. Flack was voted by viewers to be the, and I quote, ‘The Prison Poop Porn Queen of the Year’.”

Originally, She was arrested in Beaverton, Oregon for a DUI two and a half years ago. She spent nine days in the county jail where she was unknowingly filmed using the bathroom. After accepting a plea bargain, her video immediately appeared on the new pay-for-view channel, and as most viewers know her tasteless video became extremely popular among the faithful PPPC viewers, mostly men.”

“Ms. Flack was the third guest to speak this morning when the rally kicked off. It was a tearful speech, to say the least. She came to the podium with what was thought to be a large cup of coffee and began to speak. She described the horror and
shame she felt when she learned that she was one of the women featured on the PPPC.”

“She said everywhere she went she was recognized, and men were laughing in her face. Even in the grocery store they would come up to her and pretend to whisper in her ear and then yell, ‘LOSER!’ She explained with tears pouring down her face, she said she had to lock herself in her home and did not come out or answer the phone.”

“Then she asked the question, ‘Am I not entitled to the same dignity as wealthy people who almost never go to jail?’ Then she slowly poured what everyone thought was coffee over her head and quickly pulled a lighter out of her top pocket, and then lit it-” Bill choked up and quickly turned his head from the camera as a tear ran down his cheek.

After a moment he cleared his throat and continued, “Please excuse me. Well, Let’s take a look at the video just before Ms. Flack committed self-immolation. Please be warned, it’s extremely graphic. If you have any children watching, we’ll give you a moment to get them out of the room.”

Suddenly a bright red warning label appeared on the screen.
