Multnomah County Elections
Portland, OR

To whom it may concern:

I am writing to your office to once again report that my May 2020 ballot has most likely been stolen. I didn’t witness it being stolen, but the circumstantial evidence described below I think proves it.

Further, I believe this action constitutes a “hate crime” since I am completely 100% blind, and partially deaf, and the person, or persons, responsible seem to be specifically targeting my impairments. Even if it is being done under the “color of law”, it is a crime.

One of the two times, my ballot was stolen, about two years ago. And two volunteers from your office were kind enough to come out to my home and help me vote, as I hope they will again. The other time, I just decided not to vote.

Along with stealing my ballot, these same people have somehow been able to cut off my phone service four times in the last six weeks. Just after calling your office on Wednesday, and while waiting to be called back, my phone once again stop working. Although Century Link is supposed to come out on Thursday to fix it.

On Monday, May 4th, of 2020, someone unplugged my electric. A representive from PGE came out and plugged it back in.

The enclosed copy of the letter to the Multnomah County Court documents some of the other sorts of abuse that are being carried out against me.

Your help in any way is deeply appreciated.

Sincerely,
Don Wolfe

CC: Eleanor Rosenbloom, State Attorney General
